Senior Digital Strategist

We’re looking for an ambitious strategist and marketer to help lead our expanding Digital team. If you want to help us build an elite digital performance agency by driving transformative business results for our clients, we want to talk. Strong candidates will have experience at a growing agency and using today’s top marketing technologies and tools to drive great results for multiple B2B clients.


Who You Are

  • You have a comprehensive understanding of what a marketing funnel is and how content, paid media, email/lead nurture, SEO, and sales intersect and work together.
  • You have experience pitching new marketing strategies and communicating results to clients.
  • You are passionate about building deep relationships with clients and solving their biggest challenges.
  • You have a wealth of experience leveraging today’s most popular B2B marketing tools to build digital campaigns that drive results (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua).
  • You are an adept multitasker who is able to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to shifting deadlines and client goals.
  • Your instinct is to take the initiative and solve problems as they arise.
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in a digital marketing role and have managed at least a $500k annual budget.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience working at a digital agency.
  • You can work East Coast hours to allow for maximum working hours overlap.

What You'll Do

  • Create detailed, full-funnel marketing strategies and paid media plans for a book of accounts.
  • Rigorously prepare for client meetings and present our strategies, ideas, and results to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with project managers and other company leaders to establish priorities and achieve deadlines for a book of accounts.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and pursue upsell and retention opportunities as they arise.
  • Continuously review and provide feedback on creative and tactical work prepared by our team.
  • Proactively monitor marketing results and implement strategic changes based on your own analyses.
  • Build new internal processes and lead their implementation across teams.
  • Work closely with company leadership and our New Business team to onboard new clients.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital to onboard team members to clients and processes.
  • Campaign implementation, as team bandwidth requires.
