Senior Creative Strategist
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic creative strategist to help spearhead key client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and marketing skills, is highly organized, and has a knack for synthesis and problem-solving. A successful candidate will also be a talented writer and presenter, with a strategic mindset and a natural curiosity for finding innovative solutions. Digital marketing and agency experience are both definite pluses.

- An empathetic communicator who can understand and articulate client needs.
- Extremely outcome-oriented, with an understanding of how digital strategies drive business results.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Able to multitask, pivot quickly between projects, and adapt to shifting deadlines and client goals.
- A proactive problem-solver who instinctively identifies solutions for clients and team members whenever needed.
- Ambitious and eager to grow into more leadership responsibilities (i.e. team management).
- You have at least 8 years of work experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience at a digital agency.
What You'll Do
- Develop and articulate a compelling creative vision and strategy for our clients’ marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute on creative strategies that solve our clients' biggest marketing and communication challenges.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to support your work and inform the strategies you propose to clients.
- Work alongside our team of copywriters, designers, and digital marketers to shape the direction of client work and effectively translate your vision into tangible deliverables.
- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients, seizing upsell opportunities and fostering long-term client retention.
- Thoroughly prepare for client meetings and present our strategies, ideas, and results to key stakeholders.
- Partner with project managers and other company leaders to establish priorities and meet deadlines for a diverse set of client accounts.
- Continuously review, QA, and provide feedback on creative (copy and design) and tactical work prepared by our team.
- Proactively monitor marketing results and implement strategic changes based on your own analyses.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within our creative teams, identifying efficiencies and making recommendations to enhance our processes.
- Build new internal processes and lead their implementation across teams.
