Uniting the two companies would only achieve their shared goal for higher-quality patient care if the new brand’s digital platform offered a seamless and resonant user experience. The final design does exactly that, as our team weaved together an ombre color palette and gentle animations to provide a reassuring and calming experience while subtly underscoring the merger. Additionally, the site pairs an intuitive UI to offer a clear path for patients to access essential documentation and with custom backend functionality that enables automated follow-ups and touchpoints.

An Amplified Brand Launch
To further support a successful execution of the merger, we turned our attention to advertising the new brand across all relevant digital channels. Our integrated launch campaign incorporated paid social, trade publications, organic PR, and other tactics to generate widespread awareness of both the new company name and its new mission.

Enabling Content Marketing
Following the launch, Lucet wanted to leverage their team of in-house physicians to maintain an active content marketing program. Terra designed a custom editorial strategy complete with easy-to-execute workflows and best practices that could be leveraged by non-marketers to produce written content for Lucet's blog and social channels.

Now that Lucet has succeeded Tridiuum and New Directions as America's leading behavioral health provider, a team of Terra creatives and digital marketers is supercharging their sales pipeline and connecting patients with the healthcare they deserve through ongoing paid media and email marketing campaigns.
