Refining a brand identity to drive global sustainability.
About the Project
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) was issued a mandate to create a more unified visual identity for its seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We partnered with them to develop and launch a brand that would unite stakeholders in 177 countries and territories.

(Re)connecting the Dots of SDGs
The Sustainable Development Goals are a north star of the UNDP’s work towards economic, social, and climate equity around the world. In order to achieve all 17 goals by 2030, it’s vital for them to be represented and understood as interdependent.
A Global Identity
The new identity was built on a customizable hexagonal shape that can be leveraged as individual elements or as an infinite pattern. It’s now being used in print and digital media all over the world to communicate the need for a holistic approach to a prosperous future.
