Marriott’s JF Restaurants don’t just serve great food — they create dining destinations. Led by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser, each property is designed to spotlight seasonal flavors and bold culinary concepts. From lush rooftop gardens and elegant steakhouses to late-night venues and modern food halls, each location is designed to be experienced, savored, and shared.

But in crowded markets like Boston and New York, great food and atmosphere aren’t always enough. To stand out and stay booked, these venues needed buzz and momentum — and we helped build both.

We built a comprehensive local SEO strategy for each property, focused on high-traffic keywords and location-based discovery.

As more people ask AI tools for restaurant recommendations, we structured content and local listings to make each property easy for both search engines and AI assistants to understand and recommend. From optimizing OpenTable and Google Business profiles to crafting optimized content and campaigns, every move strengthened rankings, built credibility, and drove measurable results.

Discovery gets diners in the door, but content is what convinces them to book.

We wrote landing pages for each restaurant to align with high-intent search queries, spotlight signature experiences, and guide guests seamlessly toward making a reservation. Every page balanced emotional connection with clear action to drive conversions.

We also launched a data-driven blog strategy designed to capture seasonal moments, event-driven traffic, and emerging trends. Structured for both traditional SEO and AI-powered search engines, each piece boosted authority and ensured Marriott’s restaurants show up not just in SERPs — but in the AI tools where people research and decide where to dine.

We optimized third-party listings, improved website visibility, and implemented a reputation and customer experience platform that centralized review management and sentiment monitoring. We didn’t stop at powerful ads — we met customers in their inbox. Our team helped build strategic Klaviyo email flows designed to nurture new guests and re-engage past diners. From welcome emails to post-visit follow-ups to seasonal promotions, each touchpoint kept Marriott restaurants at the top of the inbox — and top of mind — to help drive repeat visits.

We also supported the launch of a one-click catering experience, using targeted email campaigns to promote seamless group ordering for offices and large gatherings in order to open the door to new, high-value opportunities.
